Description​

AWS ElastiCache Cache Cluster is a managed service that deploys and operates in-memory cache engines Redis or Memcached in the cloud. It stores frequently accessed data in memory, reducing database load and improving application response times. Users can create, configure, and maintain cache clusters without managing the underlying infrastructure or software installation.
