aws_alb_target_group

Description

AWS ALB Target Group is a component of the Application Load Balancer service that routes incoming traffic to registered targets. It defines rules for health checks, load balancing algorithms, and target selection. Target Groups can include EC2 instances, containers, IP addresses, or Lambda functions, providing flexibility in distributing traffic across various backend resources.
